The Ad-Hoc CPA user type is very useful as a mechanism for tax professionals to try out BitTaxer Pro for Free prior to purchasing. In addition to the ability to demo the software, the Ad-Hoc CPA user type allows CPAs to use BitTaxer Pro on a per-client basis.
First Time Landing / Free User
When landing on the Ad-Hoc CPA Dashboard the first time, you'll notice a "Uses Remaining" Box with a number 0 inside. This indicates that you are not able to use the "Add New Client" button prior to purchasing a software license.
You can however, have fun and browse around/run reports with the default test user we've provided in your users list. Once you're done playing around and ready to get down to business, you can remove this demo user from your client list, and click "Add New Client" to purchase your license.
Picking the Right CPA User Type After Your Free Spin
Be sure to check out the CPA User Types Knowledge Base article to learn more about the differences between CPA User Types. You can also upgrade to any level greater than your current level at the CPA Pricing Page.
Adding First Clients / Becoming a Paid User
So you've seen what BitTaxer Pro has to offer and are convinced. The question now is which BitTaxer Pro level is right for you? Clicking the "Add New Client" button on the Ad-Hoc CPA Dashboard will open a pop up box that helps you decide just that:
Renewing/Adding Ad-Hoc CPA Uses Remaining
If a CPA chooses to remain an Ad-Hoc user, and after an Ad-Hoc CPA depletes their initial 3 uses, they have the option to purchase individual uses, groups of 5 uses at a discount, or upgrade to Unlimited, Listed, or Featured CPA user type.
